TopCashBack - Santander application issue

Bit of a strange one this....
5 people from the same house apply for a Santander current account http://www.topcashback.co.uk/santander/ the one for £33.66
As i'm the one who goes looking at these deals, i submit first and then guide the others through as they complete theirs. Everyones application is 100% IDENTICAL.
And before TopCashBack or Santander come out with it ........ cookies were cleared between applications. Both through IE and also CCleaner. The applications were done over 2 or 3 days.
Now the cashback is in the "outstanding" section of my account - so at least there's a trail, some sort of evidence.
2 of the others also have it in their "outstanding". However 2 of the 5 people applied DON'T have anything - no "outstanding" no nothing. And before it's said that what if there was a slight difference in the application - there wasn't.
It's been showing in my account for a good few days now, perhaps even a week. I know that it says on TCB that if it doesn't show after about 14 (i'd need to check) days, then file a claim.
But i'm thinking if i applied, and then a day later someone else applies, surely it should show within a reasonably close time frame ... not 1 week on & someone's account is still blank.
Oh and it's not the last 2 people to apply that are missing either. It's the 2nd and last.
Any ideas guys?

Don't know why it wouldn't track but I've had things not track plenty of times with topcashback, and on every occasion they've sorted it out and got me the money. So I wouldn't worry too much. I find TCB far better than Quidco in this respect.0

I certainly hope so as it looks like 2 of us are going to have to use them.
Question is, wait until the 14 days is up, or file now - as they were all done within a few hours of each other yet 2 aren't showing anything.0 -

I would be inclined to say file now, while you still have all of the relevant information on hand without having to try and remember things or hunt around. They put any claims 'on ice' until after the date the cash back should have been reported, so you can file now and then take it off ice and make it live if its still not showing after 14 days. It's simple enough to do and, as I say, I have always been successful.
Good luck!0 -
from: https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/enquiries/missingcashbackclaims/submitDO NOT submit claims where the cashback is tracked normally but the payment is delayed. If you require an update on this, please submit a support ticket.
I'm guessing it's best she waits the 14 days out then. With the application being 13th January (mine was 11th) that would take her to Friday 27th Jan.
I'll have to have a see as to when my mum applied. Likely the same day.0
