Seems to me to be a O2 and Three issue and not Reporo, maybe not a useless link.

O2 Pay & Go

O2 Pay & Go customers are not able to make use of the "O2 Mobile Web" internet access that Reporo requires. This unfortunately means that Reporo is currently not available to O2 customers unless they have a Pay Monthly plan.

3 operates a "walled garden" approach to the internet, meaning that phones connected to their network can only access 3's own content. This means that the internet at large, and specifically Reporo in this instance is unavailable to 3 customers until 3 changes its policy in this matter, which up to now they have shown no indication of doing.
