The game and its daily draws are open only to residents of and present in the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or
older at the time of entry. Employees of ebookers and affiliated companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates
and advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible. In these
Terms and Conditions, “household members” include mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters or spouse. Ebookers
assumes that by entering the game and its daily draws you have legal capacity to use the application and agree to the Terms
and Conditions (i.e. that entrants declares that he/she is of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally
bound in contract).
By entering the game you also declare that the game and present terms and conditions are drawn in accordance with the laws
of your country of residence.
You also acknowledge complete release of Facebook, and that by allowing this app to access your personal data you are

The Game named “The £100,000 Getaway Game: win free travel with ebookers” consists in “daily draws” thus defined by
Facebook Promotion Guidelines : a promotion that includes daily prizes of monetary value and a winner selected on the basis
of chance after completing the user’s flow of Facebook application named “£100,000 Getaway Game”.
Each day, the Game will feature a new travel destination, except Las Vegas which will be featured twice.

3. ACCESS TO THE GAME

Facebook account owners must be/become a fan of one of the pages listed below to enter the game. The game is open from
January 19th 00.00am GMT until February 2nd 7:59:59 pm GMT at the following address :

4. HOW TO PLAY

- accept the “Request For Permission” by clicking on the log-in button of RFP pop up
- accept the Terms and Conditions available in pdf file in the footer.
To be eligible for the daily draw entrants must:
- Click on the “Play Now” and then click on the correct answer (the picture that is NOT associated with the
destination of the day) in less than 45 seconds before 07h59m59s pm GMT to earn one chance to win.
If the friend who has been invited is drawn the person who has invited also wins.
The Promotion is restricted to one (1) entry for each Facebook user each day.

airport and actual prices for the same trip observed on ebookers.com as of January 11th, 2012. The prizes are non-transferable
to any other person and non-convertible to cash or credit. It is also not possible to earn or redeem frequent flyer mileage

The draw will be carried out automatically by the system at 8h00m00s pm GMT each day from 19th of January 2012 until 2nd

of February among eligible entrants registered in the application database.
To spread viralness and application exposure, if the friend who has been invited is drawn the person who has invited the
friend also wins. Therefore
- if the winner has been invited by a friend after playing at the game, the second winner will be the friend who has
first invited the winner. It is understood that one user cannot send more than 15 friend’s requests per day.
- if the winner is a “solitary player” (he/she has not accepted and/or received any friend’s invitation/request), the
second winner is chosen randomly in the database amongst other “solitary player” eligible that very day.
The two winners’ firstnames and profile pictures will be published on the application tab and on the winners’ page on
Facebook.
Details of the stay dates, duration, flights and accommodation, as well as process to follow to contact ebookers for the
fulfillment of the prize booking will be communicated directly to the winners via email or phone.
- Travel dates: April 1st-December 31st, 2012, except local country applicable school holidays, and except some

black-out dates as provided by selected travel supplier sponsors

- Ebookers will notify the prize winners within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the game, ie. no later than
February 16th
- Prize winners willing to book their holidays will have to provide min. 6 weeks advance notice for ebookers to arrange
the bookings
- Low cost carrier transportation may apply for prizes to European & Mediterranean destinations. Luggage check-in and
extra options (speedy boarding, etc..) will be the responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be required to accept their Prize by returning a confirmation message within 14 days of notification. More
details of the prize will be given at this time.
In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded
but not accepted. Ebookers reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for
believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. ebookers reserves the right to cancel this
Competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its reasonable opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control and the

It is great comp but I find the T&C bit deceiving, it made me think the comp is for UK only while in fact it's across whole Europe, all entries go in one draw..
