Yes, the 20% off voucher seems to work with sale items, but the 10% voucher (beauty & fragrance, furniture, electricals and Activity Superstore) is only valid for full price items.

Sorry you're having problems getting onto the website, the link was working when I tested it earlier but it looks like the site is really slow at the moment.

There was no code in the paper, just the link given above which took you directly to the YOU offer page. It seems to be an online offer only, there's no postal or phone option.
