Very much clueless

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice,

My Nan recieved a letter today from Arrow Global claiming that she owes Littlewoods nearly £400.

She didn't even know about this debt until today and the biggest worry is that it is from 10 years ago and she has only recieved correspondance today.

I have used the SB template and we are hoping to send it on Monday but I was wondering if that will be enough?

Does she definitely think its her debt? or does she not really know what it is?
If she doesn't think its her debt and doesn't think she has outstandign debts then it could easily just be a letter meant for someone else entirely with the same or similar name to nan.

If she thinks it could be her debt but isn't certain but if it was it would be from 10 years ago then there is a template which is a hybrid of the prove it letter and the SB letter.
