but you haven't a shortfall,if you had you would have to find a cheaper place and cut down on expenses.Not sure how they asked for the bonus as you said they already looked at your wage slips o not sure how they knew you had a bonus of £900,sounds to me they are allowing you to use that as wages and not earning enough for an IPA but have forgot and are now thinking this is extra money.

this will get sorted it's clearly a mistake,from your first post it is clear you were not talking to the OR as you kepted stating "OR's office" which is problibly were the confusion has come in.
