Cash back?

I was wondering if anyone could help with my query?
I used a cash back site to click through to two different providers and bought services from both. When I checked my cash back account there was no mention of the cashback offered and nothing 'pending'. One of the services was gas/electric and this service started last Thursday. Should this be showing in my cashback account by now?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've never used cash back before and I'm just curious about how long this kind of thing takes.
Thanks for reading

afaik these can often take many weeks to pay out, rarely if ever are they instant0

Most of them take about 3 months - and that's often from the date of the switchover, not the date you signed up.
I switched in June through one of the cashback sites and it transferred at the beginning of August.
I sent a "chaser" email at the beginning of December as I'd still had no payment - and it was through within a couple of weeks after that.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

It might be better to ask on the Up Your Income board - each of the cashback sites has a dedicated thread on there

there should show as tracked if quidco & topcashDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
