Giant Fairy Cake recipe please!

Hi everyone.. I bought one of those silicone giant cup cake moulds from amazon and made a cake the other day using a recipe that I found online. Although it looked ok it wasn't 'light' like a fairy cake and was more stodgyish? (sorry) lol

Does anyone have a recipe I could use to make a nicer tasting Giant fairy cake please?
