Thanks so much for taking the time to answer all these questions - I really do appreciate it.
So, when it comes to making first contact with a broker I imagine this is the information that I will need:
salary for me
salary for DH
company accounts for last three years
dividend for me and DH from company
we have no other current borrowing other than student loans and a credit card (me) I don't carry a balance on. Our only other monthly commitments are car, fuel, utilities, tv internet and food - all figures easily getable.
Would there be anything else I'd need to have at my fingertips for this first conversation?0
