[STRIKE]Black Sansa Clip+ 4GB MP3 Player currently £16.29 at Base.com
Neat little MP3 player as well. Bought one a while ago for £25, I though that was cheap even then.
There's a little cashback as well.[/STRIKE]

I've had a Sansa Clip for a couple of years and it's a brilliant little player. Especially for exercise as you can clip it on your clothes.
A tip I read on Amazon when I got mine - go into Settings and change your 'region' to "Rest of World". It comes set to 'Europe' which limits the maximum volume it will play thanks to some ludicrous European regulations. I don't like my music ear-splittingly loud but when running alongside roads I couldn't hear it! Change the region and it'll blast out as loud as you like.

Been looking for a small and cheap mp3 player for use in the gym. Will give this a try.
Many thanks

Watch you don't damage your ears. I used to listen to music very loud when I was a teenager (as you do) then after reading an article in the Reader Digest quite some time ago it put me off using earphones for quite a long time. I don't actually like wearing these outside as I notice you have to turn the sound up quite a bit due to the noise levels of things like traffic any other noises you might experience in the outdoors.0 -
I've had the 8gb version of this player for over a year now and it's highly recommended. The sound quality is fantastic, it's smaller than a box of matches and the battery lasts for ever! Plus it's expandable by micro sd card so no worries on the storage front. This is a billy bargain price.0

Pinkteapot is correct, it is set incredibly quiet volume-wise. I attach mine to speakers and cant hear it over doing the washing up.
Now I just have to find "Settings"; being old and optically-challenged I have trouble with the tiny writing and controls.....
The other problem I had was with playing certain tracks that I had downloaded from 7Digital. The player wont play some of them, just gives me a message about needing to do something, cant remember what. I had a heck of a job deleting the tracks and some of them are still on there and everything grinds to a halt when they pop up
