But if she never turned up for the course how would she know it was not as advertised ?
Also why not check the course online before taking out the loan ? Isn't it a bit late after the fact, stable door and horses spring to mind.
If things are tough then a call to someone like the CCCS would be in order, they can help get things moving again and give the best possible advice and of course they are free so you lose nothing either way.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
