I must admit I don't like receiving items that have obviously been out of their packaging but if buying from a company that offers refunds if returned in a resalable condition there isn't much you can do about it. This doesn't excuse the company for not checking what is returned and reselling damaged items or items with parts missing. I just hope that if they have taken it back once they will also take it back from me if I'm not happy!0
