In many cases, neither does mine. I get the things which make me feel comfortable. I forgot, I also get the fact-find "free-format" notes signed and dated, right under where they end, so they can't be altered later.my compliance department dont require or ask for me to get signed documents

I cannot loose this house, I've saved so hard & been house hunting for 6 months. We've paid off all our depts & got credit for a Mortgage, Its going to be a life changer so I cannot loose this.
