    So we the deposit at the end basically?

    Ok, I'll look out for everything from the solicitor & get the in touch with Mortgage adviser.

    I cannot loose this house, I've saved so hard & been house hunting for 6 months. We've paid off all our depts & got credit for a Mortgage, Its going to be a life changer so I cannot loose this. :)

    Yes. The deposit and the solicitor's costs.
