I would say get them to detail all the shifts you worked (total hours) and the amounts that paid you and on what dates. Also to detail the shifts you never worked & the pay details and when they were paid in error to you.

These payements can be checked with your bank and if you can confirm this then thats all cool & you can and will have to pay them back.

If they can't tell you all dates then I would go to the CAB to ask for advise.
