On the show website, the offer says "Each ticket admits 2 people", so I booked 1 ticket, but on the confirmation page, it says "Free entry for 1 adult". Any ideas?

I tried to apply for "e-tickets" for the Somerset event but when I received it they were for last year's event! On further investigation I was told to re-apply for the tickets "nearer the time"...

For all Shows, 1 ticket admits 2 people

Beware - When I printed off a ticket for London Excel it clearly states free entry for 1 adult

Taking the regular route in for tickets you end up here: http://www.homebuildingshow.co.uk/national/visitor_tickets.html
which asks subscribers to the mag to click through for free their tickets and asks everyone else to purchase on-line at £8 advance price.
I therefore wonder whether that's the criteria - however, there is nothing stated on the free tickets link by the OP to this effect - so I've ordered.
