I had a right old time trying to get this offer. I had several sale items in my basket, then added something to qualify for the offer. It didn't work, so checked the T&Cs, and it's the first item in the basket that gets the 20% off. I had to clear my basket, add the full priced item first, then the sale stuff. Bit of a pain.

Thanks for reminding me. I'm not on TCB but I got 5% on quidco. I'm having the same 'maintenance' message, so will go back later, through quidco.
