URGENT, Help please not sure if I've been scamed

Sold an item last Saturday £400+ buyer had been giving me all sorts of excuses all week. No money in paypal account, need to transfer money ect

Finally paid today but now wants item sent to a different address than the one on paypal, not sure what to do.
Buyer has high feedback and has been a member for 7 years.

What would you do?

Send Special Delivery only to the registered Paypal address.
    The Buyer should know this.

Only ever send to the Paypal address. You are not covered at all if you send elsewhere.

Make sure its posted Special Delivery only with adequate insurance.

You still risk a SNAD and getting an empty box back :( Once alarm bells are ringing, I'd consider taking the hit as a dead-beat seller esp. if it's a scammable item like a smartphone

You don't need a confirmed address all you need is for PayPal to say it is 'ok to send' and use the address they give you. However as per all the posts above any other address is not safe. Check out the sticky postage thread above.
