only thing I'd add to commemts is that your address bar icon is green with your face, if that is to change in line with the new layout, having the white background with your paler shirt is not going to stand out.
Newer members wouldn't understand why it is green, but perhaps the change of shirt to match with the icon (and make you stand out a little more in the masthead too) might be something to consider??
do think you look somewhat sombre/grumpy/not exactly happy along with other posters too
aside from my moans (sorry) the layout is good, with forum nav ace on the homepage, and generally looking less cluttered, the web team deserve much cake!!!!
