in Loans
i have an outstanding loan with welcome finance. i pay to them monthly by dd. i have had a compensation letter from them for ppi. they are taking the monies straight of my loan balance! is this right? should they not pay the monies straight to myself..

Have you defaulted on your loan and only making small repayments?0

Some companies use the offset rule on ppi claims but only when you seem likely to default etc.0

nope maked monthly repayments each month. i thought it may have been because they had stopped trading0
