you have won?? is this spam?help!!

hello all...
I have just started comping a few days ago...
and I recieved this meesage today-

You have won 500.000 GBP
send your phone number
and address

It says it is from microsoft ([EMAIL="m.loto.yahoo.co.uk@"]m.loto.yahoo.co.uk@[/EMAIL][24.14.254.23])
I am sure this is a scam but just wanted some feedback and to warn anybody else out there.

Have you entered any competitions that have a £500.000 prize?

I'd put my house on it being a scam,.

Keep at it though and you will get a proper WEM soon.
