your details could of just been on a mailing listDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I'm sure you're under a lot of stress, but if you expect someone to go to the effort of giving free advice, at least put in the effort to make yourself clear.
There's not one bit of punctuation in your post and it just reads like you don't care - why should we have to put in effort to find out what on earth you're trying to ask?0 -
If you borrowed the money, pay it back. Simple really.0

You have outstanding loans.
You believe they have lost your details, including your name, address and DOB.
Do you mean A - you have had letters & texts from people asking you to lend money to them (which is what your post seems to say)
Or do you mean B - you have had letters & texts from this company regarding your outstanding debts?
Or maybe you mean C - other companies are contacting you to offer you more loans.
If its A then it whether you lend a company or an individual some money would be up to you and depending on whether you have a funds you can afford to lend to people.
If its B then it sounds very much like they haven't lost your address or your phone number.
If its C then I wouldn't borrow money from anywhere else until your current debts are paid off.
If you owe them money then yes you need to arrange to repay it.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
If you cannot be bothered to make any effort to write and spell reasonable English then it should be no surprise to you, to find that you are not getting any serious responses. My first thought, on struggling through your post, was that you were simply taking the p**s. I'm am equally sure that others feel the same way, and are not going to be bothered to plough through your post to attempt to decipher what you have said and what you mean.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -

English is probably not the OP's first language, so perhaps we should cut him/her some slack. I couldn't understand the post, though.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

Sadly I think English probably IS the OP's first language.

Have they stated they lost your details or did you, when signing up to the loan, tick a box (or not tick a box) giving them permission to share your details with affiliate companies etc. If they did lose your details you may get a goodwill gesture or a letter if apology or if there was fraud under your name you may be able to claim against them for any losses.
I'm not sure why you think you still don't have to pay the loan, this has nothing to do with getting text messages from other companies??? Just don't take out another loan.0
