I had a little spend for my purse today, called at the corner shop to post a letter and they had reduced some butter from £1.79 (!!!!) to 36p - so I helped them out by purchasing it all - 16 in all - am planning on buying them back at 75p each and now safely in the freezer. One thing I am liking is actually having CASH to pay for these items!!

WOW wish I had a shop like that :T
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

    Hi all,

Just checking in to say that we are off to the Lake District tomorrow until Monday. I had an AF order of bits last week and this is coming with us, along with several items from Cazco. This means that we will only need to buy food for dinners or eat out, whilst we are away.

I now have £79.72 in my 2nd purse, with stock totalling another £143.90. Almost at the point where I can move funds over to the 3rd purse :jIt has definitely helped buying YS items this past week which I've bought back at (almost) full price.

Have a good few days everyone and keep up the good work ;)

Nope, you've worked really hard by shopping round for the best price, bringing home heavy bulky items, and visiting several shops instead of just one. So you've definitely worked for that money :) Happy birthday to Jakes-Dad, hope he has a lovely time and that you start to feel better soon. xx

Well done AlwaysHappy! I would have been a wuss and just bought 2 or maybe 4 and then kicked myself for months for being so daft as to not buy them all!

I am also loving having some cash to spend when (if :rotfl:) I spot a bargain!
