You need to call the number in your signing on book and tell them you are starting work on Monday. You will get paid JSA up until the day you start work. There is nothing better in life than writing on the sole of your slipper with a biro.....0

There should also be a form with the gumf they gave you that you need to fill in and return.
They will process everything and will close your claim from the day before you start work and pay you up until then.LBM April 2011

Yes, you will be paid up until the day before you start work. As said, though, you do need to ring the number under the heading 'found work' otherwise they won't know and wonder where you are on Monday.
Best of luck.0
