Spirulina?

I have been advised by a few friends to take Spirulina, it`s a natural multi vitamin and booosts energy.

Any idea where I can buy good stuff cheaply?

    Natures Aid Spirulina Blue Green Algae tablets contain 500mg Spirulina and RSP at £6.99 for 90 so are more expensive than my suggestion.

    If you call or go to the Nutri Center in London, they stock the largest range of most everything in this regard in London. I use the place as I have recently qualified as a nutritionist. They also have a nutritionist by phone and at the center that you can consult. Considering it is such a mine field out there with all of these things, they can recommend the best.

    Looks like you can get some discount of them as well. Very large selection of Spirulina varieties, I don't think there are any quite as cheap as Zipvit but haven't checked all the options.
