I wanna ps2 for my sons 7th birthday

get him one. he will be pleased. my 7yo loves Lego Star Wars 1,(not 2) its the only and i mean ONLY game he has ever had that he will pick up and play over and over again.... not too difficult and plenty of levels to keep him happy... he always gets the latest games (with birthday money etc,) and they are lying there not played, while he gets the lego star wars out !! LOL.

my 7yr old loves his he has quite a few games but you can pick them up cheaply enougha nd it has also taught him how to save up his money for things now when he wants a new game he will do extra chores for me (ok so i have to go round and do it all again when he has finished ie the dusting or hoovering) but it teaches him responsability too.

You Should be able to find the PS2's fairly cheap nowadays since the ps3's are the hot items now.
