hi been trying to open a new bank account but due to my credit history no banks will accept me only cardone bank anyone had dealings with these are they genuine they want 12 pound fifty off me to open my account
That's £12.50 per month. I wouldn't want to pay that, but when you have no other option...
Have you tried applying to a high street bank for a basic bank account? These don't offer any credit facilities and are mainly aimed at people on benefits or low income who can't get a normal bank account.0 -
They are basically crooks who charge you for everything you do. Why not just get a decent, reputable pre paid card and have wages paid onto it or just get a basic account as mentioned above.
Some basic accounts even except bankrupts."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
Try either co-op cashminder account or barclays basic bank account. They will accept pretty much anyone - including people who are still bankrupt. The only people they won't accept are those with a record of fraud. Assuming thats not an issue they should accept you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
