who is the ccs see they say they will chase legally.i presume through courts in which case i will have no job as they will take my business i have no problems getting an unsecured loan but dont know where to go

But if you're not earning enough to cover your costs then you are making a loss and borrowing to pay it off will only make it worse. It might be best to cut your losses, and find a job that pays rather than costs you.

well the cccs do not take self employed people in their process

many thanks for all the replies.i got the unsecured loan for an extra £275 permonth but as i finished my previous loan for £300 a month i amno worse off per month.
