My friend is trying to apply for an EO post. She completed the competences and was emailed a link to the test, when she clicked this she got an error message. She has been unable to access the test. She has emailed several times and has phoned 0845 6032694 many times and has been unable get through. Has anyone got an alternative number or any other advice ?

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Has she tried accessing the test directly from the website rather than an email?

Yes it comes up with test progressing. It has been doing this since Tuesday.

Oh dear. Given the tight timescale I would consider re-registering with a different email address and going through the whole process again. It's not like she's cheating, she's doing it due to technical difficulties. That helpline will be red hot tomorrow.

My friend managed to do the test today and everything went through ok.

Hello, wondering if she has had any luck? The same thing has happened to me and so far, I've had no luck, it still tells me that my test for one of my applications is processing. I have tried to re-register with a different email address but the system recognised my other details and said I have created a duplicate account and am unable to register again.

Still no luck - they never answer the phone or reply to emails.

You can check how you did on the online test by logging in to your profile on the CS website and on 'review your application'. If you click on 'feedback' it should show you your results. I've done it so I know it works.
I'm pretty chuffed with my score and it now says we will progress your application and be in touch. I'm guessing they'll now look at the competencies on my app form and further sift from this. I know others who just got a message saying they are not being progressed any further as their online test results were quite low. Thy definitely haven't sifted through the competencies as the online test was an instant invite from submitting the form.
