Lurpak with sea salt

Anyone trying this from tesco? Two for £1.60 slightly smaller packs than normal I think. Wonder if it tastes too salty. Anyone tried it?

  • Its a bit salty, I bought it by accident a while back, It works out about £8 per kilo. President Butter is £1.24 and delicious. Or if you really want to save keep your eye opened for reduced cream and make your own, it only takes 10 min and is delicious (I posted the method somewhere). I couldn't find any reduced cream today so bought some President Butter.

On offer at the moment it works out at£4 per kilo. So worth trying I suppose. Maybe I'll use it in flapjacks if it's a flop

I bought a couple of packs last week - all gone now !

Not bad, but yes a bit salty, and a bit lumpy with the crystal of salt.

Lovely on toast I must say.
