Curtain Fabric Shops in Greater Manchester?

Hi, looking for fabric for new curtains for living room. Have tried Abakhan's, Bankrupt Shop, Terry's, Dunelm, and a place in Stockport that does Swatchbox, but not found what I want. Does anyone know of any good curtain fabric warehouses in Greater Manchester area, or anywhere that sells discount fabric - any good markets still around? Saw some lovely Harlequin fabric in John Lewis but was over my budget! Ideally, don't want to spend more than £15 metre. Thanks

Hiya, i recently bought some from Longsight Market, wasn't very expensive, no where near £10 per meter. There's a lady there who can make them for you as well. Hth0

This place in Maclesfield is supposed to be good http://www.manchesterhasit.co.uk/business/9153/
I recently bought some fabric from Simon Boyd in Knutsford. It is usually pretty expensive but had loads of reduced fabric - got some lovely thick damask which was £6 per metre.0 -
Bubblitex in Urmston is a great little shop selling fabric. They offer a making up service too.
