    Yeah shame - I saw that after I went back to try my luck again once I'd received my dispatch emails...hopefully get them tomorrow? I am always good when it's an obvious glitch but afterwards I always wish I had ordered half a dozen, lol, still, karma has to be on my side.

    Got my multivits today with an external plastic sleeve on the box marked with "Royal Mail: we're sorry this arrived in this condition" script, I guess because the rattle sounded like it was broken! RM obviously not used to vitamins coming in flat containers!

    I wanted to check my credit card statement to make sure they only debited the anount they should have, and I can't find the debit at all. I ordered vitamins that were £5.01, so the debit would have been 1p. Did anyone else order these, and were you charged the 1p?
