I found my judge to be really nice, in fact she smiled so much it was freaky. Not disrespect to the debt advice charities all of whom do a tough job but I have to say mine unfolded EXACTLY as suggested on here so you've found a good resource to help you through it

Also want to wish you the best of luck. If it's any help, everyone I've dealt with to do with the bankruptcy have been absolutely helpful and kind. The anxiety and fear that comes with going bankrupt is dreadful, it's a relief when the bankruptcy order is granted and interview out of the way.
