I like to find a use for everything rather than throw stuff our, dishwasher salt on the drive came in useful during last winters freeze, and old aspirins often find their way into vases to refresh flowers ... what could I use an excess of diuretics for ? perhaps the more chemically minded reader could make a suggestion before I bin them !!

I'm chemically minded, but can't think of anything! Please don't bin them though, if you take them to your local pharmacy, they will dispose of them for you0

yeah....they'll bin them for you0

true! they do just bin them! which is why you find a lot of undesirables going through the bins at the back of chemists!
