Default on Credit Check
I have a default on my credit check which relates to an old (pre 2007) card that i haven't had, used or heard from anyone about since 2009.
My default ends in Dec 2014.
As i am not getting chased from the Debt Collectors (CL Finance), is it worth my trying to get the default notice struck off due to the pre 2007 rules or should i just leave it to come off in due time?
Thanks for your advice.

2007 rules dont get rid of defaultsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Nope it's there to stay and if you start poking around, expect debt collectors to contact you."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0
