Im a undischarged due for automatic discharge soon, im a homeowner and as there is negative equity , the OR has no intrest in this at prescent, i dont suspect it will change much over the three years.
My father due to old age wants to transfer his home to me, would he be implicasted in my BR if he did, ie poss loss to the home .

if he gives you the house before your AD or any IPA has finished then yes the OR would want to know about it and I would think have you sell the house.0

I aksed the question re after AD, i dont have a IPA either.
the point im asking is the OR c urrently has a intrest in my house for three years if im added on the deeds of someone elses can he use that against me because of his intrest in my current home which has neg equity.
The property in question would have 100 percent equity as mortage free, so would that force a issue even though it was after AD.
and i would be a AD with no IPA.if only life was a box of chocs0 -
No they can't take an asset if is given to you after discharge, they only get the interest in your current house specifically because you already had it during bankruptcyHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

They also couldn't take the house for the reason of being in an ipa, although it could affect an ipa if an income was derived from itHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
