What a fab blog thanks! I love the idea of mincemeat in porridge, might help reduce my year long cravings for mince pies that I make myself wait until december for.....They'd lose the charm if I had them all the time lol!0

Change of plan-tonight we are having spaghetti carbonara, instead of smoked cod florentine, as I can't be bothered to make it, and carbonara is my quick and easy go to pasta dish (will do it with peas and mushrooms to make it better for us...0

Monday - Enchiladas
Tuesday - Hot Roast Beef Baguettes (using leftover roast beef from tomorrow night's tea heated up in gravy in a part-baked baguette...)
Wednesday - Chicken Rogan Josh with Rice
Thursday - Sweet & Sour Turkey with Noodles
Friday - Chilli con Carne with Sautee Potatoes
Saturday - Mexican Pasta with Meatballs
Sunday - Jambalaya (which I meant to have last week)
In a change to last week's mealplan it's a chicken and bacon pie tonight with mash and veggies. Still planning on having a roast beef dinner tomorrow though! I don't really need much in the way of additional shopping next week, so I'm grinning a bit about that. I'm trying to use my initiative to stre-e-e-etch everything as far as it'll possibly go. The pie tonight has 2 chicken thighs roasted in the oven and stripped of meat with 4 rashers of bacon and a white sauce. Mmm...
Have a good week everyone, and it's so great to see so many meal plans!

Making a change to use up some more freezer items and we'll have Roast Gammon, Roast Chips, Peas, Sweetcorn and a Fried Egg on Sunday instead of the Jambalaya. I truly can't wait!
