A wide selection of Miffy baby things - bottles, teethers, sippy cups, bibs etc.
  • Recently spotted:

Rimmel glimmer pencils (jumbo eye liner/eye shadow pencils) in khaki and ivory.
Tall solar lights - however, not a very bright light emitted (due to very small bulb size)
    Floating solar lights
Fancy dress items - wigs, masks, hen night stuff etc

They had a miffy set in slough poundland with bath crayons and bath colouring book. Its a nice little set :)
Id just like to mention what happened in slough poundland today, i bought 3 x seed sets as they had a sign in front saying 50p in big letters. (well, numbers!) Was charged £1 and when i asked they said it was live plants, not seeds. Sure enough when i looked, it did say this in small letters but the sign (2 of them actually) was on the shelf full of seed sets at the back of the store, the only live plants were right at the front! I suggested maybe they should take the signs down but they didnt:rolleyes: I know, my fault for not reading properly but very badly placed signs!
So watch out for that, anyone going to slough poundland :)

Just got Roc Mencode 365 holiday skin gradual glow post shave moisturiser. Supposed to moisturise and help give your face a tanned look. Active ingredient is dihydroxyacetone so shouldn't go bright orange. According to here http://www.halfpriceperfumes.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21_94&products_id=1344 RRP £16.99 but cheapest price online £3.25. Still bargain either way.

just a warning to anyone with a baby out there,i bought a babys train from poundland,i guess i could have bought it anywhere,it was a plastic one,had about 3 carriages, speciafically for babys, anyhow am very carefull what i buy,you know things they can choke on ect,so i bought him this train and he was playing with it,i went into the kitchen, heard him crying came back into the lounge,to find he had it lodged in his mouth, goodness knows how on earth he done it cause its quite big,for a baby with a small mouth,i managed to get it out,but just be wary any mothers with baby,im a mum of 4 and very responsible, just just be very very carefull when buying baby things out of these places.

i also bought a 3 set of feeding bowls out of b and m bargains and when i poured the hot water to mix his weaning food the bowl melted,i did say something to one of the staff in the store,so as this diddnt happen to anyone else, and thankfully they took them off the shelves and i havent seen them again. so even if on a budget be wary of what your buying for babies
    It`s getting to the point

I dont really like buying toys from there as they dont tend to be very good quality. There is the odd exception but they're mostly cheap plastic that breaks easily. I must admit all the baby stuff ive bought has been good except baby vests that were awful quality!
