anyone help with roleplay for interview (sales)?

okay...bit of background...I graduated with a masters degree last november (related to international relations) from a highly respected UK uni (one of the top 10).
It's been hellish trying to find work, but have secured a number of interviews (get turned down at final round - excuse is always that I am overqualified! ggrrr).
Anyhow...have had a phone interview and a face to face interview with a major international company for a sales role - I'd essentially be involved in high-level B2B sales. I have sales experience (and have excelled), but it's been in a retail environment, so this cold calling, etc, is a bit of a leap for me.
Anyhow...had interview today and it went well, the interviewer was impressed with my skills but worries that I am (and I quote) "too nice". (she's obviously never seen me on a bad day. lol).
Anyhow, getting to the point - I've been called back for a "technical" interview tommorrow to do some more roleplay exercises (cue sarcastic "yay"). They've asked me to prepare a pitch for a fictional client on an actual event they're running...that's fine, but they want the following:
- a solid introduction
- impact statements
- closing techniques
there's a lot more they want, but I am confident I can deal with all that...the above, however....is there some kind of industry standard that I should be using as a benchmark? How can I grab someone's attention? I have a few thoughts, but just looking for ideas...also not entirely sure what "impact statements" are (or maybe I do know, just not by that name?)...closing techniques....again, have some ideas, but any thoughts anyone has would be much appreciated!
The base pay for this role is really not very good, but the commission structure is absolutely amazing *so* if I can nail this I can potentially do very well...I know I can sell - I have done so successfully - just not in this particular arena, so am looking for all the help I can get! lol
