I have yet to send back my agreement, but have sent the letters to my creditors explaining that I am communicating with CCCS and this letter includes the CCCS reference number they gave me.
Before sending back the agreement, a couple of things have changed on my list of expenditure, things have increased slightly in some areas (not in the debt though).
If I want my DMP to kick off in march should I complete another remedy in February or email CCCS (I do not really do phonecalls) to inform them of the changes.
Thanks.

Don't do another Debt Remedy - contact the CCCS and let them know what's changed and they'll help you out.
If you don't want to call them, send them an email and quote your client reference number. I use client@cccs.co.uk and usually get a reply the next working day or at worst the day after.
Good luck
Debt Jan 2008: £45,566. *** June 2013: DEBT FREE! ***
Paid back just under £50,000 due to some interest added.
Dealt with my debt through a Step Change (CCCS) DMP.
