Seems quite a bit has gone from the sale at least they don't tease you with out of stock stuff :D

I've just got an email today for loyalty and they have given me 60p off my order, i know its not mega bucks but with cashback thats another 15%....very tempted as we have lots of birthdays early in the year :(

I just thought that was nice of them.

My order from the 18th has been dispatched on the 19th as well.

Got my order this morning, they sent me a M charm instead of a W (which is now out of stock). It really is an M- different barcode and design to website picture so it'll have to go back. Have emailed them as their Return T&C's don't cover what happens if they make a mistake- just that you pay the postage, only get it free if item is faulty.

Sometimes online shopping is not worth the hassle, this is the second stuffed up order i've had this week. What annoys me is things not being checked properly by the checker- I am not sure how 4 boxes of cat food were checked and passed as 8 earlier in the week! I knew as soon as the delivery man handed me the box there were not 8 in there.
  • hmm, well no cheap bargains for me. spent £30 :( nice stuff though

It is free delivery and returns on all orders, it says that on the homepage at the top so you should just get a refund :)

I know what you mean about online shopping as i have had mistakes and its hassle but its just sooooo much cheaper :D

    Thanks Op!

I received my first order yesterday and the friendship bracelets for my friends daughters are lovely, really nice quality.

The sunglasses I got for myself are fab :)

I have a second order...couldn't resist but sent that to my mums to get the 10% again, will inspect that one tommorrow :D

This is the first time I've ordered from them but do have regular discounts emailed to me from signing up to the newsletter but unfortunately pre sale prices are just too expensive for me :( this is probably why i went mad spending in the sale lol.

Heard back from Treasure box today, one email with a apology and free returns label, the next to say she had spoken to her manager and I can keep the charm to save the hassle of returning and I will still get a refund. :T

So top marks for their Customer services :)
