Wescot credit management

I received a letter 2 weeks ago from Wescot about my Lloyds TSB overdraft, I sent them the budget forms from CCCS and now they have sent a letter saying
'Further to your recent request, please present this letter to any paypoint outlet with your payment'
it also listed direct debit and online payment as other methods.
Does this mean they have accepted my £1 a month payment?
The letter doesn't seem to be very professional and is unclear, I looked at the website and it does look legit but have read about Wescot scamming people.
I had a similar letter at the same time from Moorcroft for my Lloyds credit card and their reply was different and actually stated they had accepted the offer. So I'm a bit confused.

Wouldn't surprise me at all that the letter would be unprofessional given who you are dealing with.
That said its not uncommon for creditors or debts collectors to not formally accept reduced payments but to actually accept them in practice.
I would start making your payments.
Have lloyds actually told you the debt had been passed to westcot at some point?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

I got letters from them saying they were passing my debt on so will call them tomorrow just to check that it is Wescot I need to pay.
Already paid Moorcroft their £1.00 they said the agreement starts 26/01/20120
