thanks everyone, the problem is I was trained in a different store so know exactly what the company vision is and what we should be doing but its just not getting done. I have discussed with the manager a few things which we should be doing and ways around doing it and so they are now getting put into place. The main problems are no one has received the right training in store so the sales advisors are not doing their jobs right so we are losing a lot of money through it, which is something which I am planning on taking over. Because they are not doing their jobs correctly they get screamed at on a regular basis most often on the shop floor in front of customers and this is why they are leaving. To be honest I think she has got bogged down with things and doesnt like to ask for help, although we are all willing to help and take on extra. The rest is just little things which are big things really, like if the tills are down we arent allowed to declare its down we have a bag of change which we have to use to make it right, she has done CBT tests for staff as they keep failing (they are failing because they dont know the right way of doing it), she takes days off on days that sale start saying that everything in her section is ready and then when you open you find out its not. Just little things which are very annoying, going to have a wee chat today when I go in and see if she knows what sort of things they are going to be asking. But I do feel damned either way
