call them on their normal customer service number think its option 3 for ppi complaints, they take the info over the phone there and then, alternatively you could email on the contact us part of their website
they very quick to be honest with ppi claims...... why did u not make a claim on the insurance when you were out of work? On the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0 -
