Just curious..
Wouldn't mind giving someone else in the team a chance to shine, earn a bit more money and take all the c*ap that I do with little reward..
Just wondering how I would best go about this...
Thanks as usual

I guess the best thing would be to discuss this with your manager? maybe just ask if there are any other internal roles you can move onto as you'd like a new challenge? I woudlnt say you want to 'give up' the role just move onto something new.0

A problem you might face is that the potential new team leader might not want to take the job with his old boss in charge or even that your employer would not want to put someone in that position while you are still around.Just curious..

Cheers guys
Sorry for the lack of info-it turned out to be a bit of a rant!
We're basically a third party on site so there are only 5 in our team and our contracts end in May anyway.
You're quite right I'm not sure that any of my colleagues will be willing to rise to the challenge knowing what it involves.
Any tips if I were to approach my manager regarding this?
I know I'll need to be careful but he is understanding-just dont want to be in an awkward position suggesting I'm not overall happy as thats not the case-just not in the role.
