help required - discharged bankrupt mortgage

We have found a property and have an accepted offer for £175000
We have a 20% deposit
I currently earn £63000 pa gross.
I am discharged from my bankruptcy for 1 year.
Bottom line we are really struggling to get a mortgage.
Does anybody know how we can get one?

hi there, i'm in a similar boat
been discharged 5 1/2 years
10% deposit of £10,500
need a motgage of £94,450
partners income £21,104
mine £12,000
applied to nationwide on the 12th dec and had to supply loads of extra information as the decision was referrred. finally came back yesterday as a no because of one issue - which i have now sent more documents off inorder for them to re-evaluate it
we went through a motgage broker at william h brown. and he has been very helpful0 -
