RIP my BTL landlord friend

I have some bad news - my BTL landlord friend has passed away. We held his funeral for him - as he had no family some of the young pros he rents his dives out to had to carry his coffin to the plot.
Later on that day it turned out that he had a lot of debts, long story short the young pros are too pay for his funeral.
So that concludes the story from my BTL landlord friend - as an honor to him while in church we played queens "dont stop me now" while all fist pumping the air and trusting are groins - he would have been soo happy.
