Hi,
I have a bit of a problem and would realy appreciate some advice.
We are currently looking for a new house and ours is on the market.
Though im worried about the mortgage side of things.
My partner is in full time employed work so no problems there but..
I have been self employed for less than a year and for the last few months i have been doing some work through an agency aswell. Not continous though.
So i have been told i should go for a self cert mortgage by a independant advisor and told by my current lender that it will be ok staying with tour current mortage as long as i get a letter from an accountant to look over my books and forecast next years earnings.
My books are realy basic, with just a book of what i earn each week and the NI i pay.
Does any one have any ideas of the best route for us?
Any advice would be great
Thank you
Lauren
