MRP - which company?!

Hi all. I am still struggling to locate which company my PPI was with. All I have is a bank statement that shows the monthly amount (£20.48) and the reference on the bank statement is NW Mortgage MRP.
I have tried Natwest and Nationwide, I have even contacted the bank which the direct debit came out of, but because this account is now closed they cannot say who this company is! Sooooo frustrating!
Does ANYONE recognise or have any thoughts who that company may be - NW Mortgage MRP.

First thing is that monthly confirms it was set up correctly. That eliminates the most common complaint reason with MPPI.Does ANYONE recognise or have any thoughts who that company may be - NW Mortgage MRP.
Who sold you the mortgage? It isnt the lender you complain to. It is the broker/adviser that sold the mortgage. Only if you went direct to lender is the lender responsible.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
The mortgage is a Halifax mortgage, I know it is not them that the complaint is for. It is an independent company, nothing to do with the mortgage lender. I only tried Natwest and Nationwide because of the NW in the reference...0
