I'd do quorn fillets and chicken fillets both marinated in a sauce (I'd use a nando's one) then baked in the oven. Serve with salad, oven chips or jacket spuds, coleslaw and pittas breads. You could get the gluten free pittas for the wheat free person, they're pretty good but expensive!0

Could you do home made pizzas (buy a small gluten free base for the no wheat person or even make all the bases using gluten free flour if you would be making them) with a simple tomato sauce (no garlic!), cheese and a selection of veggies to go on them? people could mix and match and top their own.0
