hi and welcome.
i have had a few dealing with payday loans, but never txtloan.
my advice would be ring back again and speak to a different advisor as in my experience some are more helpful than others.
this may not make any difference but it would be worth a try as i got 2 different payment plan options from 2 different advisors when i rang back a second time.
ask to speak to the arrears department rather than just the normal customer advisor.

the 'extra payment every week' challenge.
this week: £0.00/ total: £0.000 -
Wrong attitude, you took a loan out with them and now cant repay it despite agreeing to, why shouldnt they do this ? They are after all a profit making institution NOT a charityfranklebank wrote: »Thanks for the reply, I spoke to a couple of different people and I have had email contact from 2 others. They have offered me to pay £30 for 6 months then to reassess, but still for the £550 not for the £351 I owe. It makes no sense I have offered to clear it in 3 months, I guess they really want to extract as much money as possible no matter how long it takes.
If you set up a payment plan with a company like this does it go on your credit file as a default or harm it?
With regards to contact the first guy I spoke to was the manager so I guess he set the tone for all the people I have had contact with after that
